On-site usage
- The tour operator will contact you after booking to coordinate your hotel pick-up
- Show your smartphone ticket during pick-up
- Pick-up time is 30-60 minutes before your selected timeslot
- Make sure to be ready for departure at the place and time agreed upon
After your visit
- For safety reasons, it is not allowed to bring along loose belongings (phones, cameras, hats, bags) during the tour. Lockers are available for a fee
- The driver must be at least 18 years old and show a valid driver’s license
- Bring a swimsuit and towel, a change of clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, some cash or a credit card, and your ID
