Before you buy
- No kids under 3 allowed - proof of age may be required
- Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
- One adult per two children under 12 is necessary

On-site usage
- Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance
- Please bring your ID
- You must wear tight-fitting swim trunks or speedos in the water park. Other outfits are prohibited

After your visit
- Lockers available (€2 per locker, will be returned to you)
- It is compulsory to shower and go through the footbath before entering the pools
- No musical instruments allowed
- The outdoor slides are not operational during winter
- Only one person at a time per changing room
- Bracers are available and compulsory for children up to 6 years old
- This ticket is nontransferable
- No food allowed in water park but there are restaurants onsite
