Before you buy
- Children (0-11) should be accompanied by a paying adult (16+).
- Children below 80cm in height are not allowed to take rides.

On-site usage
- Show the smartphone ”Genting Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park” ticket at the ticketing counter with ID/passport to exchange for a wristband.
- In the event of a wrong ticket purchased, guest is required to top up the difference against the Walk-In rate for park entry.
- Check the official website for the daily opening hours and closure dates prior to your visit (see voucher)
