Before you buy

  • For child tickets, you must show the child’s ID
  • You should be able to swim to visit Xel-Há Park
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

After your visit

  • Only sunscreen containing titanium dioxide and zinc oxide is allowed. If your sunscreen doesn’t meet the requirement, you can pick up a free sample of biodegradable sunscreen at the information booth at the entrance. Your own sunscreen will be given back when exiting the park
