Hotel pickups are offered as long as you are staying in the city of Marrakech. For customers staying outside Marrakech, an additional fee will be requested depending on the distance
If you are staying in the Medina (the old city), the vehicles cannot circulate there. The supplier will communicate a nearby place from where the driver can pick you up
