- Infants under 12 months get free park entry and playgrounds
- Children 12–35 months get free entry (except groups) and need a ticket for playgrounds

- Show your mobile voucher at the manual ticket counter for redemption
- Lotte World and Lotte World Aquarium entry tickets (if selected) will be issued together as a single pass at Lotte World. Kindly keep the ticket after entering the theme park, as it will also be required for aquarium admission
