Before you buy
- Children under 101 cm get in free but are not allowed to use the rides
- Tickets are only valid for tourists. Reduced tickets onsite for Thai citizens and Thai permanent residents with a valid ID

On-site usage
- Please select tickets per your height in order to use the rides. Some rides may have a height restriction
- Swap your smartphone voucher at the ticketing booth for paper tickets
- For lunch, show your paper ticket at the Si-Am Marine Restaurant to get your table. Lunch will be served as long as the park is open
- If your height is not aligned with your purchased ticket, you may be rejected by the staff

After your visit
- Please supervise your children at all times
- Proper attire must be worn at all times while visiting the park
- Operating times of the park/attractions may vary. The park or attractions may be temporarily closed or with limited access if the circumstances require so (e.g. weather, events, safety reasons)
- Non-refundable Cash Card Food and Beverage voucher (Adult 80 Baht / Child 60 Baht) in case buffet lunch is not available
