- Arrive 45 minutes before the tour starts if you want to click a photo with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley, as there can be a long queue
- Be sure to arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts and plan your journey to the meeting point well in advance
- Shrek’s Adventure Experience tickets will be given at the end of the walking tour
