Sandcastle Waterpark brings Boardwalk vibes to the banks of Pittsburgh’s Monongahela River for a day out the whole family can enjoy.

The 60-acre park opened in 1989 and today it offers more than a dozen different water slides, including the new, thrilling Bombs Away drop slide.

Splash in the scenic Mushroom Pool and wild Mon-Tsunami Wave Pool, relax with a cold drink in the Lazy River, frolic in multiple children’s play areas, and enjoy live, local music paired with delicious food and drink.

Getting there

  • From I-376, take Exit 74 toward Homestead. Take the exit ramp off the Homestead/ Greys Bridge. Go straight onto Sandcastle Drive. The Park is located next to the Waterfront shopping, restaurant and entertainment complex
  • Preferred Parking which guarantees a spot right up front - $20
  • Regular Parking - $15

  • Please treat this ticket as you would any other ticket or cash. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced
